VISION 2020 Strategic Plan
My Church, Our Mission

 For the past 47 years, Reformation Lutheran Church has enjoyed some wonderful blessings from God.   He has allowed us the privilege of proclaiming Jesus to many people in San Diego.   Setting a vision for the future and striving to achieve it is a godly activity.   We approach the future with confidence knowing that our God will bless us as he promised to bless his Old Testament people: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jer 29:11).

Over the next several months, we will:

      1) ask our members & to submit their good ideas

      2) formulate those opportunities into strategic plans identifying
          goals and measurable objectives.

      3) widely circulate those plans among our members to help identify obstacles, 
          issues and the necessary resources.

Then in January 2010, we will all come together for a one day workshop to transform those Strategic Plans into Implementation Plans.
